Effect of Sensibilization and Anaphylactic Shock to the Plasma Cells of Mice



Abstract
The authors present here the following results_ showing the. effect of horse serum to plasma cells in lamina, propria. of duodenal vwi, using adult male mice seized with antibody-formation and anaphylactic shock ` by a normal horse serum injection.
1 . In normal group the plasma cells, counted 47.0 on an average in duodenal villi of mice, Type A of which counted 39.8;
Type B 6.6; Type CO. 6.
2.In sensitized group the plasma cells counted 52.9, Types, A, B and C of which counted 44.9, _7.3 and 0.7 respectively, increasing by about 10% compared with normal group:
3. In anaphylactic shock group the plasma cells counted 42. 1, Types A, B and C of which counted 35. 8, 5.6 and 0.7, decreasing by about 10% compared with normal group.
